HomeReportTM software is the
perfect complement to the HomeReportTM
binder and works to give your clients a comprehensive and
professional report that is sure to impress with quality
information, ease of use and an intelligent layout. The software
enables you to add your own logo to your reports, photos of the
homes you inspect, and as many other digital photos as you would
like. You can even add a custom footnote that will appear at the
bottom of each report page and select from four built in contracts!
This user friendly reporting tool is easy to use, with many built in
time saving features. A "Copy to Big Picture" option will quickly
send notes you've entered on the system page to the big picture
without having to go back and forth or re enter information. A
"comment manager" will enable you to maintain a library of
frequently used comments for quick and easy recall. These would be in addition to the supportive text already offered in
your HomeReportTM binder.
You will appreciate the flexibility of electronic reporting with
your HomeReportTM software, while
your client will still experience the "wow"
effect they have in receiving the comprehensive HomeReportTM
binder. Your inspection report can be delivered in full at the time
of the inspection which is a huge convenience for your clients and
an advantage you'll have over the competition using web based
software programs!
HomeReportTM has offered inspectors
a detailed, client friendly reporting system that has proven to be a
professional reporting and marketing tool for their businesses for
over a decade now. We still offer our stand alone hand writing
reporting system, and we always will. The difference is now
inspectors will have a choice to take the report pages they fill out
in HomeReportTM and computerize
them through the use of our HomeReportTM
Software.
This software will produce the actual report pages for the
inspector. It has not been written to replace the HomeReportTM
binder, only to enhance it for those inspectors wishing to complete
the reports on a computer/lap top rather than by hand.
We will always continue to offer the hand written report sheets for
those inspectors who are more comfortable completing their reports
manually by hand. These sheets will be a great benefit to our
software customers as well, should they experience any hardware or
printing issues while generating the report sheets on site.
Software users will carry a laptop and portable colour printer (of
their
choice) to each inspection and use these items to produce the actual
report pages for insertion into the HomeReportTM
binder. 8 1/2 x 11 three hole punched paper should be used and
you'll have the option to print just the contract page at the
beginning of the inspection so you can have your clients sign that
upfront. Any digital photos you take of the property and upload onto
your laptop will easily transfer into your report with the
assistance of the software tools.
Software users will receive their books without the NCR 10 page
report sets (contract through electrical) and enjoy a $2.00 per book
discount off the regular book prices (based on volume ordered). You
will always wish to have one or two copies of the actual hard copy
NCR 10 page reporting sets on hand should you ever experience a
printer or computer failure while at an inspection. If this does
happen you will be able to take these hard copy sheets and complete
your report manually and still deliver it to the client at the
inspection.
